Government Ministry Complex, West Africa
The ministry operated across three buildings with over 2,000 staff, but relied on outdated card-based entry. Credential sharing was widespread, with no reliable audit trail for access to classified areas.
We specified and project-managed a multi-factor biometric system combining facial recognition with fingerprint verification at all secure zone entry points, integrated with full-height turnstiles at primary entrances.
Unauthorised access incidents dropped to zero within the first quarter. The ministry achieved full compliance with national security audit requirements, and staff throughput at peak hours improved by 40%.
Major Financial Institution, East Africa
The bank's headquarters and six regional branches had inconsistent perimeter security. Vehicle access was uncontrolled at three locations, and existing CCTV was passive with no real-time alerting capability.
